Is your package not to your liking?
How annoying! Of course we want to solve this quickly for you. Within 14 after receipt, you can return a product. Our return service is only available for products that meet the following conditions:

-  The product is complete, in original condition and undamaged.
- The product is (if possible) in its original undamaged packaging.
- The product is unworn and unwashed.

Personalised products
We can not re-sell personalised products and for this reason it is not possible to return personalised products, unless it is because the product is faulty. In this case, please contact us first so that we can establish that the product does indeed not live up to expectations.

How can I return my order?

Always contact us first. Returns that have not been notified first will not be processed.

How long do I have to return my order?
According to the right of withdrawal, you have 14 days for reflection after receiving your package.

What are the costs for returning my order?
Returns are at your own expense. Should the product prove to be faulty, we will refund these costs.


What happens when I return my order?
Once your parcel is with us, you will be informed about the return process. We will notify you when the return parcel arrives and when you will receive your refund. Upon receipt of your return, we aim to process it within 4 working days at the latest.


How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we have received your return package, we will refund your purchase price within 7 working days. We may wait to refund until we have received the return. The amount will be credited back to your chosen payment method.
